Program

Australian workers are the leading class and motive force of our society. It is our historical duty to build the broadest movement to unify all workers. Our aim is for Australian workers to spearhead the struggle for a new society, a society democratically controlled by the vast majority of Australian people.

We currently live under a dictatorship of a rich and powerful ruling class which works for American interests. Because of this, Australian workers have no control over their day-to-day lives and workplaces despite doing all the work. We are enslaved to American interests which controls Australia economically, culturally and militarily. The struggle is between the Australian working class and our allies, against the American imperialists as well as their collaborators.

History has shown that this contradiction within our society cannot be resolved through reform of national, state or union politics, as these bureaucracies are designed and controlled by our enemies – American imperialism and their collaborators.

Core Principles and Aims

• We must build a parallel structure alongside the unions and we cannot be disunified.

• We must build a strong and disciplined organisation as it is our only tool that can best serve workers.

• We must be united across all industries, regardless of geographical separation.

• Unite with all democratically minded Australian people

It is through serving the needs of workers that we will be successful. It is our historical duty to serve the people, and to organise the unorganised thoughts of the working masses and educate ourselves and the workers through practice.
